MRCS Part A Pro is our online question bank for doctors preparing for the Intercollegiate Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) Part A examination. It covers both papers: Applied Basic Science and Principles of Surgery-in-General.

Who it is for

Foundation doctors, core surgical trainees and international medical graduates sitting MRCS Part A. The topic quizzes suit steady revision over several months, and the timed mocks suit the final weeks before the exam.

How to use it

Read a notes book, then do its topic quiz and read every explanation, including the reasons the wrong options are wrong. Use the flashcards for anatomy you keep forgetting. In the last month, sit the Paper 1 and Paper 2 mocks under timed conditions, then go back to the topics you scored lowest in. How your subscription works

Choose how long you need access, from one month up to six months. Your access starts as soon as payment is confirmed, and the end date is shown on your dashboard. You can extend at any time before it ends. When access ends, your enrolment is paused rather than removed, so your progress and quiz history are kept if you come back later.

MRCS Part A Pro works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install. Quizzes save your answers as you go, so you can stop and pick up again on another device.
