    Read the six chapters of the Course Notes interactive book in order: the team-leader framework, communication and crisis resource management, adult, paediatric and trauma team leadership, and OSCE technique. The Resuscitation Council UK 2025 algorithms are embedded where you need them. Then complete the open-book Pre-course Knowledge Check (80% pass mark, unlimited attempts) before your course day.
