MRCEM Primary Pro
MRCEM Primary Pro is an advanced, up-to-date MCQ bank for the MRCEM Primary exam — chapter-wise notes, detailed explanations, mock exams and unlimited revision, all in one subscription.
Work chapter by chapter while you are still learning the basic sciences: read the notes for the topic, then answer questions on it straight away and read why each option was right or wrong. Nothing is left as a bare answer key.
As the exam approaches, switch to full mock papers under timed conditions. There is no cap on attempts, so you can revisit any chapter, question or mock as many times as you need.
📚 Chapter-wise notes
Focused notes for each basic sciences chapter, sitting alongside the questions on that topic.
💡 Detailed explanations
Every question is explained in full, including why each distractor is wrong.
⏱ Mock exams
Full timed papers that mirror the real exam, so you build pacing before the day itself.
🔁 Unlimited revision
No attempt limits — repeat any chapter, question or mock as often as you like.
Subscription · Clinical SBA
MRCEM SBA Pro
The MRCEM SBA tests clinical decision-making across the breadth of emergency medicine — adult and paediatric presentations, resuscitation, procedures, and the common competences. The questions are clinically framed, so pure recall is rarely enough.
MRCEM SBA Pro is written in that same style: realistic ED vignettes where you have to weigh several defensible options and choose the single best one. The rationale then walks through the reasoning, not just the answer.
New questions and revisions are added on an ongoing basis, so the bank keeps pace with current guidance and RCEM curriculum updates.
🏥 Realistic ED vignettes
Questions set in the department, written the way the College writes them.
🧠 Reasoning, not just answers
Each rationale explains how to separate the best option from the merely acceptable ones.
📚 Full curriculum breadth
Adult and paediatric emergency medicine, resuscitation, procedures and common competences.
🔄 Kept current
Content is reviewed and expanded regularly by practising emergency medicine clinicians.
Subscription · Interactive Stations
MRCEM OSCE Pro
Many candidates struggle in the OSCE not through lack of knowledge, but because they are unfamiliar with the structured approach examiners expect. MRCEM OSCE Pro closes that gap with exam-style interactive stations, examiner mark sheets, and guided frameworks built around how the Royal College actually marks.
RCEM-aligned stations
Stations designed to reflect the format, content and expectations of the real examination.
Interactive mark sheets
Practise against examiner-level marking criteria rather than generic checklists.
Model answers
See what a high-scoring response to a common examiner question sounds like.
Structured frameworks
A reliable structure for history, examination, management and communication stations.
Common pitfalls
The failure points and examiner red flags that quietly cost candidates marks.
Continuous updates
New stations and examiner guidance are added throughout your subscription.
Taught Course · Live Online & Face to Face
MRCEM OSCE Live
Reading about a station is not the same as standing in one. The live course puts you through mock OSCE circuits under exam conditions, with feedback given immediately after each station by clinicians who examine and teach in emergency medicine. Choose the live online format or join us face to face in Manchester.
Full mock OSCE circuits
Timed stations run back to back, so you rehearse the rhythm and pressure of the real circuit rather than isolated scenarios.
Feedback against the mark sheet
Every station is marked and debriefed, so you leave knowing exactly where marks were gained and lost.
Trained role-players and simulated patients
Communication, breaking bad news and conflict stations are run with role-players so the interaction feels real.
Small groups, clinician-led
Numbers are kept deliberately low so everyone gets repeated time in the station rather than watching from the side.
Two ways to attend
Join live online from anywhere, or attend in person at Kung Medics Clinical Courses, 308 Moseley Road, Levenshulme, Manchester M19 2LH.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I subscribe to more than one at a time?
Yes. Each option is booked separately, so you can hold any combination — for example SBA Pro alongside OSCE Pro while you prepare for both stages. Add each one from its own booking panel above.
What is the difference between OSCE Pro and the live OSCE course?
OSCE Pro is a self-paced online platform you can use any time — stations, mark sheets, model answers and frameworks. The live course is a taught session on set dates where you are put through timed circuits with role-players and given feedback in person. Many candidates use OSCE Pro to build structure first, then the live course to test it under pressure.
How long does access last, and what does it cost?
Available durations and current pricing are shown in the booking panel for each option above. Select the option you want to see what is included before you check out.
Is the content kept up to date with the RCEM curriculum?
Yes. All three subscriptions are reviewed and expanded on an ongoing basis by practising emergency medicine clinicians, so questions and stations reflect current guidance and curriculum changes.
Can I use the subscriptions with a study group?
Accounts are individual, but OSCE Pro in particular is designed to work well for peer practice — one candidate runs the station from the mark sheet while the other performs, then you swap.
How do I book?
Choose your option in the relevant panel above, add it to your cart and complete checkout. Subscription access is enabled on your account straight away; for the live course you will receive joining instructions and venue details by email.
